in turn can participate in design, scheduling,
budgeting and value engineering in order
to provide the owner with maximum value.
When the construction documents are near
completion, Gilcor Construction will give
the owner a guaranteed maximum price.
With a pre-negotiated fee Gilcor will
proceed with the work and upon completion
return any savings to the owner.
